At Roaming Buffalo Outpost, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.


To qualify for a return:

-The item must be unused and unworn

-No visible signs of wear, damage, or odor

-All original tags must be attached


Items that show wear, are missing tags, or arrive outside the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.


If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.


Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.


For defective or incorrect items, please contact us and we will make it right.



Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:


-Gift cards

-Clearance or final-sale items

-Used or visibly worn merchandise
